My name is Deiky Vergel, SRA and I am a commercial real estate appraiser in South Florida. More specifically, in the Miami-Dade, Broward and Monroe County areas. I have been an appraiser since 2001 and I received my SRA Designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2011. I formed the corporation to provide real estate services including appraisals, market studies, investment analysis, litigation support, and consulting. Clients include lenders, developers, accounting firms, law firms and private individuals.
